  • Research Appliances

    Work with Piedmont Natural Gas to decide what features are important and determine what factors may impact installation and appliance choice. Piedmont provides several resource guides in our online Products and Services section.

  • Contact Piedmont

    Discuss your options for appliances, installation, timeline and any other information about the project. A Piedmont representative will explain the process for receiving a quote.

  • Receive Quote

    If possible, a Piedmont representative will provide a flat rate quote over the phone on the initial call. The representative will also schedule a time for a technician to perform an on-site estimate and explain what the installation will entail.

  • Work Begins

    Piedmont technician arrives on-site and performs the requested work.

  • Appliance Installed

    You will begin to enjoy the comfort, affordability, reliability and environmental advantages of your new natural gas appliance.
